To create a 360 turntable animation in Blender, follow these steps:

Import your 3D model into Blender.
Set the 3D cursor to the center of your object by selecting your object and pressing Shift+S, then selecting "Cursor to Selected".
Create an empty object by pressing Shift+A and selecting "Empty".
Parent your object to the empty by selecting your object, then the empty, and pressing Ctrl+P. Choose "Object (Keep Transform)".
Rotate the empty along the Z-axis to see your object rotate around its center.
Add a keyframe by selecting the empty and pressing I, then selecting "LocRotScale". This will set a keyframe for the rotation.
Move to the end of your animation timeline and rotate the empty 360 degrees along the Z-axis by typing RZ360 and pressing Enter.
Add another keyframe by selecting the empty and pressing I, then selecting "LocRotScale".
Go to the "Output Properties" tab and set the number of frames you want for your animation.
In the "Render" tab, select the output format and location for your animation.
Click the "Animation" button to render your animation.
This will create a 360 turntable animation of your 3D model in Blender. You can customize the animation by adjusting the rotation speed, camera position, and other settings to achieve the desired result.
