Home made Chywanprash

Recepie for chywanprash can be made in batches diring winters to consume maximum amla/gooseberry's to attain maximum benefits of VitaminC.

Ingredients
500GMS amla( chop &steamed)
100gms jaggery powder
100 gma honey

Dry roast whole spices & grind them
1tbsp cumin/jeera
1tbsp fennel/sauf
1tsp pepper/kali mirch
1tsp cloves/laung
1tsp Dry ginger powder/sauth
5 cardamom/elaichi
2 cinnamon sticks

Pan,heat 1tbsp ghee,add steamed amla/gooseberry's mash them well,add jaggery,honey and whole spices mix along with 1tsp of salt,cook low heat for 10mins or until reaches thick consistency.

store air tight bottle for better shelf life 10-15 days.
Enjoy this winter with family kids and elderly people at home for keeping immunity at check.
