The international music tuning pitch standard used around the world is "A" 440 Hz but it wasn't always that way and this is where it gets interesting. The ancient Greeks and Egyptians used "A" 432 Hz to tune their instruments which is believed to be a harmonic progression of the earth's resonance or Schumann Resonance but it wasn't perfect. Although the Earth's resonance it is believed a pitch of 430.65 Hz would more precisely harmonize with it. Why should we care?
