VIctoria British Columbia is a popular port of call for Alaskan Cruise Passengers traveling between Seattle or Vancouver and Alaska as well as day trippers visiting Seattle Washington.
The US law requires foreign flagged ships traveling between US ports be subject to US taxes so like Ensenada Mexico, Victoria BC makes a great place for cruise ships to stop to fulfill their foreign port requirement.
