Repair consists of restoring thin platinum and aluminum connections between the ceramic board and the connection connector. The board is connected to the connector through thick aluminum and thin platinum conductors by contact welding. As a rule, the main problem is the destruction of aluminum contacts. This inevitably happens over time with each unit - this is their design feature.
Damaged conductors leading to the sensor connectors are completely replaced with copper ones. The difficulty of repair is that the contacts are not soldered using conventional methods and it is extremely difficult to do this without professional equipment
Ceramic units are successfully repaired, but they do not forgive mistakes in repair! The repair is quite complex and not every master can do it correctly. Good luck to everyone in your work.
