After sitting for decades, the original instrument cluster from my 1966 Pontiac Parisienne was faded, dirty, and barely readable. In today’s video, I take it apart, clean every piece, repaint the needles, polish the lens, fix the lighting, and bring this classic GM dash back to life.
If you love old-school Pontiacs, vintage GM restorations, or satisfying before-and-after transformations, this is a fun one.
This cluster hasn’t lit up properly since 1966… and the final glow is worth the work.
🔧 What I Do in This Video
Remove the complete 1966 Parisienne gauge cluster
Clean 60 years of dust, grime, and oxidation
Polish the plastic lens for a clear shine
Touch up faded needles and markings
