This video will show you how to optimize your WordPress Database. This is very important with any WordPress website as the more plugins you install and delete the more leftover files you have remaining in your database and ftp.
These leftover files from plugins you no longer use can massively slow down the system as the system still loads the entire site including these extra files.
By deleting these extra files and making sure you are only using the files for plugins and components you have installed you keep your database clean and allow your website to run faster as it doesn't have any extra files to run through just what you have installed on the system.
So by optimizing your database and removing the files from there and your FTP you can dramatically increase your website load time and page speed by keeping your database clean.
