The Easiest Oreo Blondies 🔲👱🏻♀️

Ingredients:
2 eggs
245 g salted butter, melted
155 g brown sugar
65 g granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
340 g all-purpose flour
75 g white chocolate chip
15 crushed Oreos
8 broken Oreos for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. In a medium mixing bowl withe electric mixer whisk together melted salted butter, granulated sugar, and brown.
3. Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
4. Add in all-purpose flour, and baking soda into the bowl.
5. Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
6. Pour the batter into lined baking pan, and spread it out with a spatula.
7. Sprinkle crushed Oreo pieces on top.
8. Bake for 30-35 min till fully set.
9. Allow to cool & enjoy!
