SCANPET use for MP/CP (JKH) Site Audit
This video was created for educational purpose, therefore the observation didn't necessary reflect actual case at site.
This is a case, a pole is slanting and pole marker was onserve above the ground.
The auditor intention is to capture the relevent information about the pole in the ScanPet form. This is the form preconfigured in ScanPet.
Normally an auditor will know in advance the project he intent to record. Therefore, the project status, project no., location name can be default on the form. Here we can see the project status was defaulted to ONGO and location name was defaulted to Uni Garden.
This is how a photo of the pole capture in the ScanPet form. Here the form was configure to accept two photos. Below the 2nd photo is the Lat-Long of the GPS location.
Auditor can add other information such as project no, project status, object in focus, issue and other observation.
ScanPet has feature to send audit record back to office or direct to MP/CP. It allow user to set default email recipients, subject and body (message).
