Fishing local syndicate lake , Lapa Specimen Camp
What a session it turned out to be.
Fishing a very difficult syndicate lake , in tough conditions , just made the result so much sweeter.
With all the rainfall SA had in the last couple of days , we almost cancelled our recent session cause we knew it’s gonna be a tough one , especially with the water that turned BROWN where as it’s usually crystal clear.
BUT, instead of doing a 48hour session we just decided to do a overnighter, and boy what a result we had. This venue is known for it’s difficulty, and will humble a angler very quickly, BUT got me smiling for hours as I was super chuffed with my catch. Landing one of the mega carp (stocked fish) exactly 1 year after in was introduced into the lake at record breaking growth rate🤯.
What a beautiful Fish, what an awesome weekend 🎣 .
