Twitch Plays Game - Showcase & System Development - Unity
I’ve wanted to integrate Unity games with Twitch chat so that viewers could participate in the gaming experience along with the streamer. With less work than I expected, I’ve managed to achieve this and have a very simple game example that showcases this interaction by letting the game be played entirely by viewers via simple text commands. Here I added a primitive save system to keep track of the highest score achieved and expand the score display UI.
