The Evo2 Lever has an automatic stop function. Unlike most levers you don't have to move the cup and let the rest of the water flow through the coffee and into the drip tray.
The system works by venting the water from the group via another route, directly into the drip tray, this water never goes through the coffee, so it's pretty clean and with the sintered puck screen I use, almost perfectly clean.
