Meticulous Espresso shot (Host Milan 2023)
Meticulous had space on the Mazzer stand. It was a good chance to see it in operation with the new Mazzer grinder for the home.
The meticulous performed well with no problems. I believe it was a version 8. So it was a little earlier than they are now where they have built version 10, which contains aesthetic and performance improvements. I hope they do well.
