Gibson was Head of Engineering at DishDash.co, CTO at A Better Florist, Consultant at Azukisoft Pte Ltd, Senior Tech Consultant at Gumi Asia Pte Ltd, Game Developer at Nexgen Studio and .NET Developer at NTUC Income. In the earlier years, he used to work for the Republic of Singapore Navy as a Senior Electronics Specialist before he studied Computer Science at Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).
