Ingredient for chhole
કાબુલી ચણા - ૧ કપ
Kabuli chana - 1 cup
મીઠા સોડા - ૨ ચપટી
Baking soda - 2 pinch
મીઠું - સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે
Salt - according to taste
તેલ - અડધો કપ
Oil - ½ cup
ધી - ૩ ચમચી
Ghee - 3 spoon
મોટી એલચી નાની એલચી
Black Cardamom Green Cardamom
આખુ જીરુ - અડધી ચમચી
Whole cumin - ½ spoon
તજનો ટુકડો - ૧ ઈંચ
Cinnamon - 1 inch
લવિંગ - ૫
Cloves - 5
ડુંગળી - ૪ નાની
Onion - 4
ટમેટા - ૩
Tomato - 3
આદુ લસણની પેસ્ટ - ૧ ચમચી
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
મરી પાવડર - અડધી ચમચી
Black pepper powder - ½ spoon
લીલા મરચાની પેસ્ટ - ૧ ચમચી
Green chilli paste - 1 spoon
છોલે મસાલો - ૩ ચમચી
Chhole masala - 3 spoon
અજમા - ૧ ચમચી
Carom seeds - 1 spoon
શેકેલા જીરું નો પાવડર - ૧ ચમચી
Roasted cumin powder - 1 spoon
કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચું પાવડર - ૧ ચમચી
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 spoon
ધાણા નો પાવડર - ૧ ચમચી
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
