પનીર ચીલી બનાવવા માટેની સામગ્રી
Ingredient for paneer chilli
પનીર - ૨૦૦ ગ્રામ
Paneer - 200 gm
ધી - ૨ ચમચી
Ghee - 2 spoon
માખણ - ૧ ચમચી
Butter - 1 spoon
લસણ ની કળી - ૮
Garlic cloves - 8
૮ થી ૧૦ લીલા મરચાં ના ટૂકડા
8/10 Chopped Green chilli
ડુંગળીના ટુકડા
Diced Onion
થોડા ટમેટાના ટુકડા
Diced tomatoes
૧- કેપ્સીકમ ના ટુકડા
1- Diced capsicum
મીઠું - સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે
Salt - according to taste
મરી પાવડર - અડધી ચમચી
Black pepper powder - ½ spoon
સેઝવાન ચટણી - ૨ ચમચી
Schezwan chutney - 2 spoon
ચીલી સોસ - ૨ ચમચી
Chili sauce - 2 spoon
સોયા સોસ - ૨ ચમચી
Soya sauce - 2 tbs
ટોમેટો સોસ - ૨ ચમચી
Tomato sauce - 2tbs
લીલા ધાણા
Green coriander leaves
