ALMOST NATIONAL RECORD... | 1.54 Official 2x2 NR FAIL Average!

Although I may be sad that I didn't get NR, I'm still very happy with this average. National Record Average (tied twice and set by me) is 1.53 and as you can tell by my reaction, I had mixed feelings. I needed a 1.55 on the last solve to tie NR and the turning on my last was not close to perfect. This was my first pure sub 2 second average which I'm extremely happy about. Going into the last solve I had 1.47 NR average BPA which was honestly very doable on the scramble I got. A 1.54 average is still great so I can't really complain! I'm very happy to now say I now have the 3 fastest 2x2 averages in New Zealand history! Hoping to get that sub 1.5 average some time this year!
Oh yeah and can someone please explain why I keep getting close to 1.53 :skull:
