This is using R134a refrigerant.
The ambient temperature is 25 °C.
The rotameter conversion factor: Flow = 0.0755*height - 0.0744
Where:
Flow is the volumetric flowrate of the refrigerant in ft^3/hour
height is the height to the center of the rotameter ball in mm
I suggest turning this first into an SI volumetric flowrate and using the specific volume at the closest know point to convert to mass flow.
