Dezeni World/デザニワールド (Nec Pc-8801, 1985, Hudson Soft/Takashi Takebe/Shinichi Nakamoto/Hector Oyama)
This is Dezeni World/デザニワールド for Nec Pc-8801, and it is a sequel of Dezeni Land/デゼニランド. The plot of this story is that after Nagoya lost the bid in 198X Olympics, they decided to create an Amusement Park that was even bigger than Dezeni Land, which would be named Dezeni World, however lurking behind this theme parks happy side reveals that the Artificial Intelligence Supercomputer HAL 3 goes haywire and now it's up to Dezeni Man to stop this disaster from causing damage. While he's exploring around, he'll meet many characters parodied off of popular culture, movies and tv show characters like Super Man, Ultraman, Batman, Golgo 13, C-3PO along with characters from previous Hudson Soft games like Sir Cucumber and Pumpking. After Dezeni Man destroyed HAL 3, he lays down on the bench thinking the worst is over until he sees Pig Maru from before in the bar walking into the building and gets caught in a machine transforming him into a Giant Mascot that was almost going to destroy the place until Dezeni Man pulls the stopper turning Pig Maru back to normal, but small now and then after that the news comes up to thank him for saving the day, now the both of them leave the place and the story is concluded. This is one of the last story adventure games that was made as it is somewhat connected to the Salad No Kuni No Tomato Hime world because remember when Pumpking was defeated by being scared of caterpillars and flew away from the planet in a Rocketship, now we see him lose everything once landing. It also was the first Hudson Soft game to have music and sound effects playing in the game when typing a command. It definitely holds up as a fun parody of Disney Land.
