Mighty Head/マイティヘッド (Nec Pc-9801, 1986, Apollo Technica/Yutaka Kyotani/Kiyoshi Okamura)
This is Mighty Head/マイティヘッド for Nec Pc-9801. In this game Mighty's goal is to hit his head from the top or bottom of the platform to knock out the enemies: Fightman, Cuby, and Balloon the Fireball can't be destroyed unless some enemies are together or squashed. He can collect nails by bumping his head up from under and not fall on them, because if he does along with getting caught by the enemies then a man is lost. Once all the enemies are gone, he now has to make his way up to the Door to move on to the next stage. He can also collect fruit, vegetables, and special items like an extra life along the way. This is a really fun game, and the music sounds nice even though the start music sounds similar to Tensai Rabbian Daifunsen/天才ラビアン大奮戦 because those games were actually made by Soft Pro International in the same year. You should definitely try this game out for yourself with its unique gameplay being similar to Arale No Jump Up/アラレのJump Up when knocking out the enemies and definitely is a must play lost game.
