This step is probably the most underestimated steps of the process. This step involves coordinating hundreds and thousands of units; some individually and some on pallets and groups of units that come in at all different days of the week and month. Some where customers followed procedure and submitted all their tracking information, and some where they did not. This process entails coordinating freight, imports, receiving, checkin, diagnostics, prep for site, and coordinating freight to and from warehouse to prepped locations.
