ChiLi on a cold December DaY
quick video of a pot of deer chili we ate on this week. the venison was fresh and the fixings were what I had canned from a few years ago out my gardens.
I didn't get the beans in video but I used pinto this time as I always find kidney beans to Tuff to chew.
