Hoy vamos a hablar de un tema muy importante dentro de la ciberseguridad: Virus vs. Malware. ¿Cuál es la diferencia? Primero, es necesario saber que entendemos con malware. El término “malware” es una abreviatura de “software malicioso”. Este se refiere a cualquier software diseñado para dañar, explotar o robar información de dispositivos o redes. El malware es el concepto general, el cual pueden ser por ejemplo: troyanos, spyware, gusanos, ransomware y más.
