Surf & Turf Burger Rings 🔥
While I love a classic burger, that same formula can taste a little repetitive if you eat it often. So.. here’s the twist; Switch up your boring burgers to these incredible Surf & Turf Burger Rings Made on my @CuisinartBBQ XL 360 Griddle. The idea here is to get a soft and creamy center. Since we are in the Nordic Shrimps season; this was my first idea, and trust me, this was incredible.

Ingredients
1½ lb ground beef
4 brioche buns
Shrimp stuffing
200 grams nordic shrimps
1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasonning
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp chives chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp Cuisinart Nashville hot seasoning
