According to Dr. Bowe, "Peppermint oil and menthol can be irritating if you have sensitive skin, especially if they’re used at high concentrations. I looked at the ingredient list and these 2 are in the lower portion of the list, so that gives me some comfort.
I’ve never personally tried these - I have VERY sensitive skin, so I’m not sure if it would work out for me. But, it does sound appealing to help cool down in these climbing temps!"
