These "live" recordings, dug up by Garden Of Delights, are an amazing "none and done" from this unknown band. Apparently these recordings were collected over a period of time and this band never recorded a studio album.
The music is jammy proggy Krautrock by some very decent musicians, especially Hubert Stutz,the lead guitar. I can't image why they never made a studio long play, they certainly had the chops and the tunes to do so.
My only complaint is, as already stated, they don't seem to know when to quit. Totally recommended to all those folks who like to take a chance on unknown bands. Erna Schmidt were an excellent band that deserved a better fate and Live 69-71 is fantastic compact disc."
