"Born in 1948 in Thessaloniki as Iraklis Triantafyllidis, this Greek composer and songwriter remained in the underground and was known for his torn life between Greece and foreign countries and political thoughts during the 70's.With his band Lernea Hydra he recorded this album, which was delayed for a number of years, presenting a very good mix of Psych Pop, Prog Folk and Orchestral Music with soft songwriting parts, complex instrumentals with dominant acoustic passages, ethnic sensibilities and more Classic Prog-spiced parts with solid keyboard work.Lots of interludes and preludes, instrumental depth with a variety of electric and acoustic instruments and different singers behind the microphone (more than 10 male and female singers to contribute lead and backing voices). This one goes warmly recommended."
