Beignets from "Princess and the Frog" and "Chef"
Our guest today is beignet; both "Princess and the Frog", a movie set directly in New Orleans, and "Chef", a movie whose road passes through New Orleans, appear in the movie. As you may have noticed, Beignet, which is very famous in New Orleans, was turned into "Pudra Şekerli Pişi" by our editor xd she's not wrong either, but we won't call it Beignet just because it went to America and did Erasmus, just like we don't call someone Mehmet whose name is Ahmet. :)
Materials:
180 ml Warm Water
3 1/2 tsp. Dry Yeast
2 Eggs
120 ml Milk
3 tbsp. Butter, melted
50 g Sugar
500 gr Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
Powdered sugar
