Bao from Disney's "Bao" | Besie the Dana
We are making the Bao boy from Disney's animated short "Bao"! It may not be an exact copy of the recipe made by our aunt. (Our's is not alive thank god.) because it is not clear what the exact ingredients are, but we are sure that it tastes better because ours is edible xd
Materials:
300 g Flour
1 tsp. Yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
1-2 tbsp. Sunflower Oil
140-150 ml Warm Water
Filling:
150-200 gr Ground Mince
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Chilli Powder
Salt
3-4 tbsp. Water
1.5-2 Carrots
1 small Onion
10 g Fresh Coriander (3-4 leaves)
