TASTY ATLANTIC COD RECIPE - HOW TO COOK COD IN THE OVEN
This is a super easy, healthy and tasty atlantic cod recipe.
For the glaze I use:
honey
cashews
lemon juice
salt
This cod recipe is prepared in the oven which makes it much healthier than the pan fried and a good addition for your keto or paleo diet.
I bake the cod in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (205 C) and then broil it for 2 minutes.
