Rowlett changes to Waste Management - October 1, 2012
The City's solid waste collection services will change to Waste Management beginning the week of October 1, 2012. The goal is to increase recycling participation, promote cleaner streets and neighborhoods and preserve our paved alleys.
Every single-family home will receive a new 96-gallon trash cart and a new 96-gallon recycle cart
Every home will continue to have weekly trash, recycling and bulk pick-up
Weekly unlimited bulk/brush pick up at point of collection with no call-in required
The new Waste Management carts will be delivered to residents during the month of September. Please do not use them until October 1st.
