I put together a compilation video to a new song I made which I dedicate to people dealing with addiction and mental health issues. Whether you are the person, or the family of somebody who struggles with these things. I pictured the scenes in this video in my mind and downloaded what I felt was appropriate to match the feelings of the song to make this video edit. Through art and talk therapy I have found that dealing with my own mental health complications can be much easier.
