Portraits from Bosnia | E2
Approximately 2,700 to 3,000 persons on the move are currently residing outside of formal accommodations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some live in squats, abandoned houses or tents in the forest. They have been stuck here for weeks, months and sometimes for years, waiting to cross the Croatian border to make their way to western Europe.
Yacine has been in Bosnia from more than a year. He has been pushed back violently many times. He is supported by his brother who is studying in France. His goal is to join him there. This is his story.
