Overview of ASLI's Video Interpreting Best Practice Guidelines
Video interpreting is considered to be a specialist area of interpreting practice, therefore particular consideration is required to ensure interpreting practices and standards are protected and upheld in this domain of work. Throughout the development of the Best Practice document we sought contributions from respondents who work in the UK video interpreting sector, experienced practitioners and academics within ASLI’s membership and from Deaf people who are experienced users of video interpreting platforms.
