Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce (Copycat)! Yummy!
This is one of my favorite alfredo sauces. It's super creamy and has so much flavor. One day, I'll figure out how to make Olive Garden's breadsticks because there is nothing better to dip into this delicious sauce...

6 Tbsp salted butter
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups whole milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (room temperature)
½ cup grated Romano cheese (room temperature)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 lb. Fettuccine
Parsley (for garnish)
1. Boil pasta according to package instructions.
2. Melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Whisk in flour, stirring occasionally for 1 minute.
4. Add heavy cream in splashes. Do the same with the milk.
5. Bring to a bubble then reduce heat to low.
6. Stir in both cheeses.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
9. Garnish with Parsley and enjoy!
