Copycat Olive Garden Salad and Dressing! EASY!
Easy and tasty, I love this copycat recipe. Make it for your friends and family. They'll never know your secret.
For The Salad:
5-6 cups chopped lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes - sliced
1/2 red onion - sliced thin
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup whole pitted black olives
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 cup garlic & cheese croutons
Pepperoncinis
For The Dressing:
1 .7 ounce Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
Pinch of sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper
Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onions, carrots and olives in a large bowl.
Top with croutons, pepperoncini and grated parmesan
Put all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake.
Dress salad and enjoy!
