HOW CAN I GIVE CONSISTENCY TO THE COLORS AND FONTS USED IN POWERPOINT? 🤔
If you work on many different slides and projects, however, you may be faced with a very common problem: finding it difficult to find the colors and fonts you are used to using.
Of course, we can solve this problem by checking each font and color individually and making sure that all these elements are consistent with each other. But doing so requires a lot of precious time that we could more usefully spend working on other elements of the presentation.
To save you this nuisance, we have developed a special feature for you!
Hi, my name is Maurizio La Cava, I am the founder of Lean Presentation Design and in this video I want to show you the potential of the color and font management tools of the MLC PowerPoint Add-in.
Let's imagine that you want to give consistency to the colors in one of your presentations.
You can save your corporate, or personal, colors in the MLC panel so that if you want to insert one of them inside one or more objects you can do it simply by clicking the Fill button inside the Colors & Fonts section of the MLC menu.
Just one click and it’s done!
You can also use these colors for the outline of the objects in your slides, and even for the text you added in your presentation.
The same applies to fonts.
In the Colors & Fonts section of the MLC menu you can save your favorite fonts, so that you can apply them to any text box in your slides with a simple click.
