You're loading paper in the wrong place.
The ADF — the document feeder at the top of your HP OfficeJet — is designed for scanning and copying, not for printing.
Duplex printing uses a completely different system: the main rear paper tray. Once you load blank paper there and adjust your print settings, your HP OfficeJet handles all the flipping automatically.
