Play with Plaster!
In this workshop, students will learn how to mix and cast plaster for carving. Students will have the opportunity to cast their own plaster block and carve whatever they want from it. We will go over different carving techniques and learn about the history of plaster; from the ancient Egyptians to the frescos on the roof of the Sistine Chapel.
