After phase 2, Chara(1980) and sanses were exhausted. Chara(1980) only could attack one of sanses. Others would teleport to seek assistance(To the simulated AUs).Sans who has been attacked have no strength to teleport，staying here to procrastinate.
Since Insanity!Sans had committed genocides, they achieved high HP, while Chara got debuffed and tired out, being unable to get through Murder, Killer, Insanity's HP in one hit.
