Grammar Nonsense and What To Do About It is a new book written by Hugh Dellar and Andrew Walkley, the founders of Lexical Lab.
I highly recommend this book - given its low price on Kindle it's a real steal, and will help guide teachers early in their careers and who are looking for a deeper understanding of the grammar they have to teach in the EFL classroom.
