Structure tutorial
A basic tutorial on how to use the #Structure software. It shows you how to get the program, acquire and prepare the data and what are the steps to analyze an #admixture in a population. Contents in this #tutorial are based on single nucleotide data (SNP) prepared with PLINK.
The example is based on 31 goat genotypes with 48K SNP each.
