Html Email Signature Tutorial - Fast - Easy

To start the follow along please click the first link above, this takes you to Canva.com. It is not an affiliate link and Canva is free to use with upgrade options available. You will need to create an account to avoid increased Canva upgrade reminders.It's FREE.
Once you have opened Canva follow the video to create required social media icons, email and required contact icons. These will be clickable as demonstrated in the video. Then create your signature picture these will be down loaded for use with your email client later in the video. The icons created will be placed alongside or underneath your signature image as demonstrated in the video.
The second site to use is signaturehound.com which has a simple template selection then personal & business detail entry via tabs on the left hand side. Again, you are able to select and edit your own social media icons plus personal image.
You may notice that Canva does have email signature templates, however, these when downloaded as .png or .svg do not have clickable links. (at the time of this video Canva is showing 567 email templates)
Email clients such as Gmail and Outlook require links in the email body to be HTML making the Canva Templates pretty but not functional. These templates can be saved as a .pdf files which will have clickable links, but again this can't be uploaded into the email client signature section.
