Human fertilization वह process है जिसके माध्यम से मानव शरीर में नए जीवन का आरंभ होता है। fertilization of egg and sperm in human एक complex biological process है जिसमे male reproductive cell स्पेर्मटोजून and female reproductive cell mature ovum का fusion होता है l और इस fusion से मोनोंनुक्लेअटेड single cell produce होती है जिसे हम ज़ायगोट कहते है l
ज़ायगोट एक unicellular embryo है। इसे unicellular embryo इसलिए कहते हैं क्योंकि ये embryo की Single cell stage है और ये आगे जाकर two cell, four cell, eight cell, blastocyst, embryo और आखिरकार fetus बनाता है।
fertilization process fallopian tube के ampullary पार्ट मे कंप्लीट होती है।
fallopian tube के चार part होते हैं।

3. Isthmus
