How to Add a YouTube Manager in 2022 Whether you have a brand account or a personal account, here's how to add managers to your YouTube channel
How to Add YouTube Managers
If you have a Brand Account:
1. Click on your account photo on the top right of the screen and go to "YouTube Studio"
2. On the left sidebar, click Settings
3. Click Permissions, then Manage Permissions
4. Under Brand Account details, click Manage Permissions. You may be asked to confirm your password on this step
5. In the Manage permissions window, on the top right corner, you'll see an icon of 2 people with a plus sign. Click that icon to invite new users
6. In the Add new users window, type in your manager's email address and Choose a role for them (Owner, Manager, or Communications Manager)
7. Click Invite.
If you have a Personal Account:
1. Click on your account photo on the top right of the screen and go to "YouTube Studio"
2. On the left sidebar, click Settings
3. Click Permissions, then click Invite.
4. Under Email, type in your manager's email.
5. Select an Access Type for them (Manager, Editor, Viewer, Viewer (Limited)). If you want to add a manager, then select Manager as their access type. Click Done.
6. Click Save.
