Teleprompter for Webcams
Attach a teleprompter to your computer screen and use your webcam. UNFORTUNATELY, this teleprompter is no longer available, but this one is: http://bit.ly/2w8l0i4. This is more expensive than the Glide Gear TMP-WB Solo, but it's the only thing available now.

This device allows you to project your script (using something like http://cueprompter.com) in front of your webcam. This works well for teleprompting, but the mirror isn't bright enough to reflect an image (which is ideal for video calls.)
