Among other things, Tony and Darragh speak about how leaders must have a clear vision and a core set of values. Leaders empower their teams through coaching and enablement and have the skills to be able to self-reflect. One exciting area they discuss was how Tony maintains himself as a leader. Tony has an athlete-like approach to work, a thoughtful diet, early riser and early to bed, regular exercise (10K runs), and a positive attitude.
