During this week's discussion, Darragh meets up with John Gilley, Chief Executive Officer at Kentech. Kentech is an energy and industrial services provider that employs three thousand five hundred people across eighteen countries. John talks about what leadership means to him, and about some of the tools and techniques he is using as he continues to develop in his role as a leader of a global organisation.
