Lenny our new rescue pig meets all his new friends
Meet Lenny, the newest rescue at Arthur’s Acres Animal Sanctuary! In this heartwarming video, Lenny, the fastest (and most timid) pig at Arthur’s Acres, makes his grand entrance into the “Bigs” pasture. As he meets the other rescue pigs, some greet him with curiosity, while others are a bit more assertive and maybe a little territorial (Winslow & Reagan).
But don’t worry—Lenny’s got moves! Watch as he bolts away from the more ‘assertive’ pigs like he's training for the piggy Olympics, dodging snouts and hooves with lightning speed.
Though he’s shy and cautious, Lenny explores the sanctuary at his own pace, scoping out the scene while leaving some pigs in the dust.
We know that with time, he’ll find his place among his new family. Here you can see firsthand the challenges of adjusting to a new life, but also the promise of friendship.
It’s a funny, light-hearted look into Lenny’s first day in the pasture, showing that even if making friends takes time, a little speed and space can help you settle in just fine!
