Meet Leonard, our newest rescue!
Leonard (Lenny) is a Berkshire mix who was rescued from a petting zoo. Lenny crawled into his rescuer's lap to escape the kids, stopped shaking and fell asleep, exhausted from the stress and from being malnourished. The petting zoo operator said that once he got a little bigger he would be slaughtered. He went home with the rescuer as a foster, while she worked to find him a place where he could live a full and happy life. That home is now Arthur's Acres.
